The Crater of Teide Volcano
Since each person is required to have special permission to visit the volcano’s crater, we will help you by processing all the paperwork on your behalf and on the day of the excursion we will depart at 9 am.
Upon arriving, we will ascend 3.718m/2.3mi. in an aerial tramway which will drop us off approximately 150m/492ft from the top. We will hike for approximately 3 hours, 45 minutes to reach the summit and the rest of the time to visit and enjoy the area. After the crater visit, we will descend via the aerial tramway. The bus will depart around 4pm and we will reach Puerto de la Cruz around 17:45.
