Spanish and Hiking course
The Course
Would you like to discover a beautiful landscape in Spain? Or visit towns and cities whilst taking conversation classes in a place with a great climate all year round? You can have all this with the new programme from don Quijote Tenerife: Spanish and Hiking.
Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, boasts a unique landscape and an enviable climate. The volcanic origins of the island have given it spectacular views and its own indigenous types of flora and fauna. The centre of the island is dominated by the highest mountain in Spain , the Teide volcano, which can be reached through the exceptional national park of Las Cañadas del Teide.
But Tenerife has more to offer than just nature; in the past it was the bridge between Spain and Latin America. This can be felt in each of its towns and cities, through its architecture, its plazas, its music etc...
That's why don Quijote Tenerife has created the Spanish and Hiking programme which consists of:
- 2 weeks of General Intensive lessons (20 classes + 5 per week)
- 1 full day excursion to the Teide
- 1 full day excursion to Masca
- 6 3-hour long walks (after the classes):
- Rambla de Castro
- Barranco de Ruiz
- Cruz del Carmen- Las Carboneras
- Mamio
- Chasna
- Bollulo
- 1 visit to La Orotava
- 1 visit to La Laguna
And all the while you'll be practising and living Spanish with conversation classes out in the fresh air!
